The American federal aviation regulation 23 (FAR-23), American military aviation regulation (MIL-A-8860) and European aviation safety agency 23 (CS-23) airworthiness standards have been utilized throughout the design process.
The forward fuselage shape is unlike anything that has existed before and a significant amount of engineering design work was required to develop this configuration.
